Offer based on 2 people sharing a double room and includes full English Breakfast.
Excludes the Christmas and New Year periods.
Our pool will be closed until 3rd April 2012.

We regret we have no family rooms.

We welcome well behaved pets in certain rooms, with prior notice free of charge.

Cancellation Policy
- Once you have booked your stay our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you may have paid is non-refundable.
- If you need to cancel please contact us immediately.
- If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival a cancellation fee of £30 per room will be charged against card details provided.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of arrival (or non-arrival or curtailment of stay) will result in the full amount being charged. We will endeavour to relet the accommodation on your behalf and if successful, will refund the cost less the cancellation fee of £30.
- For your protection we would recommend holiday insurance against cancellation and enclose details of Rothwell and Towler in our confirmation.
- We apologise for the imposition of this policy, but previous experiences force us to do so.
